How I Work

Centred on identity,
guided by science,
measured by outcomes.

Dr Manu Sidhu

“Philosopher Naval Ravikant says, ‘The true sign of intelligence is getting what you want out of life.’ By that measure, working with Manu makes me more intelligent. He sharpens my vision of what an extraordinary life looks like, then keeps me aligned with achieving it through a coaching approach that's as personal as it is powerful. Manu's mental toolkit is immense, and having it on my side feels like a cheat code.”

— Justin, Design Leader

The world's most successful people — athletes, artists, and high-performers — have one thing in common.

They have coaches.

They know that having someone in their corner to constructively challenge them and unleash what makes them great is a competitive advantage.

They can course correct more quickly, think more clearly, and refocus on the actions that will bring them greater results and personal fulfilment.

What is coaching with Manu?

Coaching with Manu is a thinking partnership for exploring and cultivating the Self, creating psychological shifts that open up new ways of being.

Manu has been trained in Transformative Coaching at the Animas Centre for Coaching, earning a qualification accredited by the International Coaching Federation (Level 2), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (Senior Practitioner), and the Association for Coaching.

Transformative Coaching is built on the principle that outcomes stem from competencies, and competencies stem from ways of being — who we are.

For example, imagine a Formula One driver who wins a race. On the podium, all he feels is relief.

A second Formula One driver wins the following race. On the podium, he feels fulfilled.

Same outcome, same competencies, different ways of being.

  • Performance Coaching helps you drive faster.
  • Developmental Coaching builds the consistency to keep winning.
  • Transformative Coaching asks why the podium still feels like relief rather than fulfilment — and changes that.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Unlike in therapy, where people need healing, people who receive coaching begin their journey ready and able to change, seeking self-awareness and willing to explore what's holding them back.

The focus of therapy is to resolve what's happened in the past; whereas the focus of coaching is to create a path that enables growth into the future.

How we work together:

Step one

Discovery call

A complimentary conversation to determine if coaching would be a strong fit. No pressure, no obligation — just clarity.

Step two

Coaching partnership

We work together over 4–8 weekly sessions, exploring the identity, beliefs, and patterns that shape your life, then integrating what you discover into daily practice.

Step three

Integration & growth

The insights you've gained become the foundation for ongoing transformation. You leave with clarity, momentum, and a framework for continued growth.

The most powerful insights are the ones you discover yourself.

Not the ones told to you by someone else.

That's why coaching is designed to help you find your answers, your voice, your most authentic path towards fulfilment.
